How does free shipping work?
Free shipping applies to First-Class USPS shipping in the United States with no tracking number. Expedited, tracking options, and international shipping are available for an additional fee.

How do I know my order has been received?Once you submit your purchase you will receive an order confirmation email. When the item has shipped you will receive an additional email.
When will I get my refund?
It should process within 7 days of the Shirt Guardian receiving the returned item.
Can I purchase outside the U.S.?
Yes, but shipping rates will apply.
How do I put it on my button?
Slide it over one half of your button then stretch it to fit over the other side. It is intended to be snug, so it stays in place. Remember set it once and leave it. Refer to the information page for more details.
Yes, the material is both washer and dryer friendly.

How do I return my purchase?You have a 30-day money back guarantee. Ship the product in its original packaging to PO Box 436507, Louisville, KY 40253-6507. Please include your name, address and order number. At the time of shipment email NoHoles@shirtguardian.com to notify us of the return. Please allow 7-10 days for processing.
